It's your choice on that
It's easier for us if you collect them internally (i would also suggest group savings as well)
but we can also collect them individually

yay for the business cards, well done Sam one of them might be Augustus ie Steffans brother Weevil is a Rosie/wayward schollar wemic Cloudsbreak is one of liriels group as well As for their status in who's who they come under their own organisation, but I'm treating them as civilians and taxing them.
